Belinda Henton is the City Clerk
for the City of Olney and has held the position since
1989.
The City Clerk is responsible for issuing various types of
licenses,
prepares agendas, attends and keeps minutes
for the meetings of the City Council, Planning Commission,
Board of Appeals and Fire Pension Board. The City
Clerk also serves as the Local Election Authority
which supervises the conduct of the municipal elections.
The City Clerk is responsible for filing, maintaining
and recording ordinances, resolutions, contracts and
minutes.

5/15-1508, Notices of Foreclosure for residential
real estate mortgages on property located within the
corporate limits of the City of Olney, Illinois, shall
