Olney, Illinois is located in south central Illinois and Olney is the
county seat for Richland County. We are not only proud of our white
squirrels, but also our commitment to community improvements,

group of civic organizations
and places of worship.
We are in hopes that this website will help you understand why Olney
is a great place to visit or to live and work. Unfortunately, these
